After discussion and approval by your peer group Unit design your own Focus requirements. This could include completing a certificate, skill or activity from 2 different focus areas or you may like to investigate fully an area not previously mentioned. Each activity chosen should present a challenge to you in different ways. Submit your focus choice to your State Program Advisor for approval.
Over 6 months extend yourself by undertaking a major project associated with one of the certificates or skills obtained. This project should have the approval of your peer group Unit before you begin.
