Use fresh or canned seafood. Dust with pepper and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over it. (Vinegar may be used if preferred) For each serving mix 1 tablespoon each of tomato sauce and of mayonnaise; add worcestershire sauce to taste and mix with the seafood. Line coctail glasses, or small coctail bowls with lettuce and fill with a spoonful of the fish mixture Dust with a little paprika and garnish with a prawn or other larger portion of seafood. Serve very cold.
