Pork and Apple Casserole


PORK AND APPLE CASSEROLE

2 - 4 Pork chops, cutlets or pieces.
1 packet french onion soup
1 tin pie apple
1/2 cup water

Place all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover and cook in a moderate oven until the 
meat is cooked (around 1/2 hour)

Serve with potatoes baked in foil and any other vegetables you like.

Serves 2-4 people
