Pan-baked veal


 PAN-BAKED VEAL


veal chops, steaks or cutlets
onion -sliced in rings
garlic clove - sliced
bacon rashers - one for each chop
salt & pepper to season as liked

Spray a frypan with cooking spray and heat.
Place chops on pan, Add on top of each chop, onion rings, garlic slices and a rasher of bacon.  Cook until meat cooked.  Turn the chops during the cooking and replace the bacon, onion and garlic on the new top side.

Serve with vegetables of your choice.
