- Reflexology For Children According to researchers at the Stockport NHS Trust, Anaesthetic Department in England, a foot massage can help alleviate pain in patients following surgical operations. Scroll down on the linked page above and read "Kid Stuff--Working on Baby". I did a little amateur reflexology on Cassidy and it worked like a charm!
- Meditation For Children My daughter had positive results using a form of meditation (she imagined kittens were sitting on her hip, purring!). The instructions are easy for kids to understand or for you to share with your child. Give it a go, it can't do any harm!
