About this Costume
I have always wanted to do a skit and i love the pairing of Rikku and Auron and it always found it funny how rikku tries to cheer Auron up. So i designed a skit based on the songstress costume and rikku busting out some moves up on stage. I would like to kindly thank Byran (Floatyman) being my Auron and spending time with me and special thanks to Nat for her beautiful Songstress that inspired me to make mine and finally got to wear my lovely bright green contact lenses that i had ordered many many many months before
Construction
The boot covers were the most hardest. My first lot of boot covers and they were very very difficult to make and get to stay specially with none stretch fabric. The feathers where fun to play with and get everywhere, Also trying to find golden sunset gloves are near impossible so i bleached carefully a pair of gold gloves and they turned out perfectly. I couldn't get the bands on my legs and arms to stay so they end up not coming with the costume
Overall
This costume wa sonly for Fun, I am willing to sell this costume it has had it's time int he spotlight
